A Little About Me

 Certified Clinical Aromatherapist

Forest & Field is a culmination of many years of working to help my family and home be as natural as possible, for our own health and the health of the world around us.  After 10 years of exploring essential oils and creating products at home, I decided to pursue an education in Clinical Aromatherapy through the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy, gaining in knowledge, experience and confidence.  I graduated the program in 2018, became a member of the Canadian Alliance of Aromatherapy and began working with private requests in my community.  Fast forward a few years and Forest & Field comes to be.  

I live in Sylvan Lake with my husband and two kids, I love being outside, boarding, camping and hiking.  I love nerdy things, cooking, reading & puzzles.  I am passionate about community and helping people and have been leading yoga classes in central Alberta since 2005.  

I look forward to offering aromatherapy services to Sylvan Lake, Red Deer, Alberta and beyond!
