A Little About Me

 Certified Clinical Aromatherapist

Forest and Field Aromatherapy was created from the desire to take over a decade’s worth of knowledge and experience creating a safe and healthy home for my family, and sharing it with the community I am so passionate about. 

After graduating in 2018 from the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy, I became a member of the Canadian Alliance of Aromatherapy. What started as custom products for individuals soon grew to the boutique aromatherapy shop you see now.

When I’m not making natural, eco-friendly, essential oil based products, I can be found camping, hiking or boarding with my husband, kids and dog. I love nerdy things, crocheting, cooking, reading & puzzles, and have been teaching yoga in central Alberta since 2005.  

I look forward to offering aromatherapy services to Sylvan and beyond.
